The orders are processed and shipped from Monday to Friday from 9:00am to 5:30pm. Orders placed before 12pm CET will be shipped on the same day, orders placed after 12pm CET will be shipped on the next day. Please note, the orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed the next Monday. The shipping cost depends on the destination country and can be calculated by choosing the country at the checkout after a product has been added to the cart.

For orders to Extra-EU countries, please note that duties and customs clearence costs are not included at checkout. Any additional costs for customs clearance shall be borne by the buyer. For information on customs policies of foreign countries, we invite our customers to contact the local customs office. Customs duties vary from country to country and we aren't able to predict the amount of such costs over which we have no control.
Our international shipping partners are DHL. The delivery time is 1-3 working days (this is just an indicative estimate, delivery to minor cities will take slightly longer). Shipments to Belarus, Ukraine and Russia are temporarily suspended

Is it safe to receive a package from an area where there are cases of COVID-19?
Yes. World Health Organisation has stated that the probability that an infected person contaminates the goods is low and that the risk of contracting the new virus from a package that has been moved, transported, and exposed to different conditions and temperatures is also low. Once our logistic center has shipped your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that you will be able to use to track your package.
