Submit your refund request by sending an email to info@llexan.it specifying your order number.

Please note: the goods must not have been worn and must be in the same condition and in the same packaging in which they were received. Llexan Italia S.r.l. reserves the right not to accept the return if it is not delivered in the same condition in which it was sent
When will I receive the refund? Will there be additional costs to pay?
When we receive the merchandise, we will examine it and send you a notification via email of your right to be refunded/be sent a new product within a reasonable amount of time (10 working days after receiving the returned article). We will proceed with the refund using the same method of payment used for the purchase (in case of refund on a credit card, it will take place within 30 working days, in line with credit card norms), but we will withhold delivery fees.
